Thank you for using EarnQuiz. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment-related issues are handled for purchases made through the EarnQuiz mobile application and website. EarnQuiz is operated by Kanta Kumari (Proprietorship), trading as Paras Technology.
By making a purchase on EarnQuiz, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Nature of Services
EarnQuiz is an educational platform operated by Kanta Kumari (Proprietorship), trading as Paras Technology, that provides study materials, quizzes, and digital coin purchases. All products and services offered through the platform are digital in nature. No physical products are sold or shipped.
2. Coin Purchases
Users may purchase Earn Coins through the payment methods available in the application. Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partners. EarnQuiz does not store your debit card, credit card, or net banking credentials.
Once Earn Coins have been successfully credited to your EarnQuiz account, the purchase is considered completed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since Earn Coins and digital services are delivered instantly after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the coins have been credited to your account.
If your payment has not been completed or the transaction has failed, no cancellation request is required.
4. Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be approved in the following situations:
- Payment was successfully debited, but Earn Coins were not credited due to a technical issue.
- Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
- Incorrect multiple charges caused by a payment gateway or technical error.
- Payment was successful but the order could not be completed because of a verified system issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Earn Coins have already been successfully credited.
- Coins have been used for quizzes or other services.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect purchase made by the user.
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Any request that does not involve a verified payment or technical issue.
5. Failed or Pending Transactions
If your bank account is debited but the transaction is not successful, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment service provider.
If the amount is not reversed within the expected banking timeline, please contact our support team with your payment details.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is verified and approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refund initiation begins within 5 business days of approval.
- The refunded amount is returned to the same payment method used during the original transaction.
- The final credit to your bank account or payment source depends on your bank or payment service provider and typically completes within 5 to 10 business days after initiation.
Total timeframe: From refund approval to amount credited — up to 10 business days in most cases.
